2026 Live Surgery Open Rhinoplasty Course – Enrico Robotti MD | Rhinocraft: The Hybrid & Rib Edition
QMP (Quality Medical Publishing) 2026 Live Surgery Open Rhinoplasty Course with Enrico Robotti, MD – Rhinocraft: The Hybrid and Rib Edition features 6 surgical cases and more than 21 hours of operative video.
Featuring 6 surgical cases and more than 21 hours of operative video, the course follows Dr. Enrico Robotti in the operating room as he demonstrates techniques designed to produce natural, balanced and functional rhinoplasty outcomes.
The program combines structural and preservation rhinoplasty principles, providing a practical look at surgical planning, dissection, dorsal modification, tip management, functional correction and complex reconstruction.

Primary Rhinoplasty
Three primary rhinoplasty procedures demonstrate Dr. Robotti’s hybrid philosophy, combining preservation and structural concepts according to individual anatomy.
The cases demonstrate approaches to dorsal humps, nasal asymmetry, wide or bulbous tips, excessive projection, drooping tips, septal deviation and associated functional concerns.
Viewers can observe the integration of piezoelectric devices and powered instrumentation with dorsal preservation, osteoplasty, osteotomies, septal correction and structural tip techniques.
Revision Rhinoplasty and Rib Grafting
Three complex secondary/revision cases focus heavily on reconstruction and the use of rib cartilage grafting.
Dr. Robotti demonstrates rib harvesting, preparation, shaping and laminating while emphasizing reconstruction without unnecessary graft bulk.
The operative demonstrations include L-strut reconstruction, septal extension grafting, lateral crural reconstruction, perichondrium grafting, SPF-SPLF constructs and techniques for restoring the aesthetic dorsal contour.
6 Operative Cases
Case 1 – Primary Rhinoplasty, 47-Year-Old Female
Multiple dorsal asymmetries and contour irregularities, extreme tip bulbosity, hump, excessive tip projection and functional concerns.
Techniques include direct columella shortening, modified dorsal split, osteoplasty, high-strip dorsal reduction, cartilaginous push down, septoplasty, septal fusion sling, medial crural transection overlap, full lateral crural transposition, dome-refining sutures, columellar strut and mini alar contour grafts.
Case 2 – Primary Rhinoplasty, 27-Year-Old Female
Dorsal hump, excessive volume and wide nasal tip.
Demonstrated techniques include modified dorsal split, osteoplasty, sublaminar septal dissection, high-strip dorsal reduction with inclusion of part of the bony cap, three-point compartmentalization, septal extension graft, fusion sling, LLC slide-under, lateral crural steal, dome-defining sutures and alar wedges.
Case 3 – Primary Rhinoplasty, 34-Year-Old Female
Thin skin, dorsal hump, drooping tip and deviated septum.
Techniques include modified dorsal split, osteoplasty, sublaminar septal dissection, high-strip full let down, three-point compartmentalization, double septal extension graft, fusion sling, LLC turn-under, lateral crural steal, dome-defining sutures, diced cartilage and alar wedges.
Case 4 – Secondary Rhinoplasty, 22-Year-Old Male
Thin skin, severe tip deformity, open roof, dorsal saddling, pollybeak and major functional concerns.
The procedure demonstrates burr osteoplasty, selective piezoelectric osteotomies, complete rib L-strut reconstruction, multiple tip grafts, perichondrium grafts and an SPLF dorsal graft.
Case 5 – Tertiary Rhinoplasty, 33-Year-Old Female
Tip overprojection, severe overrotation, alar retraction and dorsal saddling.
Techniques include septal lengthening using a composite graft, full L-strut reconstruction, rib extended spreaders, rib vertical-element fixation, complete tip reconstruction using extended and transposed lateral crural struts, interpositional grafts, perichondrium tip grafts and an SPLF dorsal graft.
Case 6 – Post-Septoplasty Rhinoplasty, 41-Year-Old Male
Tip drop, axis deviation and significant functional concerns.
The operation includes osteoplasty, Cottle septoplasty, complete L-strut reconstruction using laminated rib grafts, modified dorsal split, Spare Roof Type B dorsal reduction, septal extension graft and multiple tip sutures.
